How to run a project on an embedded windows IIS server?
Visual Studio loads its IIS Express every time it compiles, which takes about a minute and is annoying.

I remember struggling with this for a long time) But I initially created projects as a website, added them to IIS on the apppool, set the necessary rights as an admin, IIS_IUSRS, etc. Then too most in MSSQL.
