How to run a folder search in explorer.exe via cmd ?

Hello. There is a .BAT file. You need to launch Explorer from it with the results of searching for a specific file in a specific directory.
I googled the explorer.exe keys, but it's really bad there. I suspect that something else is responsible for the search, but the search did not lead to an answer.
OS Windows 7.
Anyone have any ideas?

The search can be done via dir /b
and the output file can be tried via
explorer /select, C:\file.exe
