How to run a file in Sublime Text via Terminal (plugin)?

I want the Lua file to run right away, so I pass the parameters
{
"parameters": ["lua", "$file"]
}
But it just opens the terminal and that's it.
I also tried any other options - none worked.
I am using Sublime Text 3 on windows 7.
