How to run a file in PyCharm?

I want to run the file but the button is not pressed. On the old computer, it was always green and worked

Top right add configuration.
If there is a template, select it, click OK
. If there is no template, click on Templates in the window and add the Python launcher template
. You need to specify the path to game.py and also the path to the Python interpreter in it.
