How to run a file in an external console in Sublime Text?

When I try to run python files, they open in the built-in console, how can I open them in an external one? To open a separate window (not sublime text) and execute it there?

Firstly, there is no "b" parameter, and secondly, you need to think, read, and not press the keys.
