How to route the network in the apartment?

There was such a situation that someone, a little bit, blunted. (I)
The scheme is now like this:
there is a shield, 4 cables go from the shield to different rooms. At the ends of rj-45 (one in the shield, the other in the room).
Inet cable wound up in the shield. The shield is closed with a metal cover and on top of the shield there is an MDF false panel. There are no sockets in the shield (but it will have to be done, as I understand it). How to properly and WHAT to distribute the Internet to all other cables. I thought a router, but a router with a wan port and 4 ethernet is large enough and may not fit into the shield along with the antennas. There is an option to throw a router there, and put a router at the exit on one of the cables.
What is the right thing to do and what device (not so expensive) can it all be connected?

a router and a router are new and there are also
microscopic routers,
it may be cheaper to use a switch + a single-port router
, power can be supplied through one of the cables

Buy a hanging cabinet, hang it next to the shield, make a router in it.
You can even buy some designer and store a router / flashlight / screwdriver / stash in it.

4-re cable how many pairs? if there are 4 pairs, and the provider gives no more than 100 Mbps, then you can send 2 pairs to the router in the apartment, return the Internet from the router for the remaining 2 pairs and put a small switch on the remaining branches.
If the Internet is more than 100 Mbps, then put the router in the shield, there are quite small instances.

Antennas may not necessarily be in the shield, but be outside and connected with a feeder wire to the router.
