How to rollback GTK version in ArchLinux?

I'm using ArchLinux with DE xfce4 and the hell pulled me yesterday to run a full system update.
After the update, almost all GTK themes broke, an example of a breakdown:

And that's not all, similar jambs began to appear in many places, I immediately went to Google and stumbled upon the topic: https://manjaro.ru/blog/art_screenshots/after-obno ...
As I understand it, the damned GTK is to blame for everything? If so, please advise how best to roll it back.

Read about Arch Linux Archive .
There are links to archwikis where you can download the previous version of the package and then run "pacman -U $pkg_path"

install the "downgrade" package and use it to roll back. For example: dwongrade qt5, for which you will get several previous versions.
