How to reverse engineer a CLIPPER program?

Some time ago I was approached with a request to run a 1990 program on Win7.
I couldn't do it.
Now I have holidays.
And, although no one asks anything from me, I decided to deal with this issue.
There is a catalog. It has a lot of *.DBF, *.TXT, *.NTX files.
There are several *.EXE files that run through a .BAT file.
Judging by the text line in the batch file, these programs have something to do with Clipper.
Is it possible to reverse engineer the program
to preserve the content and structure of the database?
What are the means for this?
If there is no help, then there is nothing to worry about.

Run via DOSbox . You can try to get the sources with a decompiler .
