How to return websites to Google ReCaptcha 2?

I had several sites in Recaptcha. I wanted to add a new one, but I was redirected to "Google Recaptcha Enterprise" on "Cloud Platform". It demanded to enter "payment data", data about the "company" and link the card.

I did all these steps, but my old sites are not in the new panel.

As far as I understand, Google Recaptcha v2 is no longer available, and all sites are lost and now everything needs to be transferred to v3?

Or did it affect some lucky ones like me? I searched for news in the media about the "transition", but did not find anything.
