So far I have not found out (although I have already noticed in several places that something is wrong with the storm in the vendor folder) what other functionality does not work, but at the moment, for example, the storm does not offer to import use for Exception (it should highlight the class and when you hover over the mouse, you will be prompted to import).

Because you don’t need to write anything manually in vendor at all.
