How to return the soap box to Mail.ru?

The topic is trivial. They stole a soapbox from a friend on mail.ru, and there is very important data. Having stolen, they changed the pass and secret question. Support is silent. What to do then?
- Wait for a response from support (the first letter was sent six months ago, silence)
- Order a second hack. If so, where?

Maybe there are other options?

Today (04.09) the soapbox has returned to its rightful owner. Steal - hijacked, but no one changed the account information. According to the passport and restored in the office. The account has been alive all this time. Thank you all very much.

If everything is very severe, you can call them in the office and come. To one friend, the box was returned with super-important and extra-urgent information

Submit a repeat request.
I returned mail, flooding the support with requests once a day.

Having stolen, they changed the pass and secret question.

Apparently, the pass to soap was known to attackers. Otherwise, the new pass and secret password cannot be registered on mail.ru, if my memory serves me right.
It's strange that the support is silent. A couple of years ago, I contacted them and presented the information required from me (when and from what IP was the successful entry, some other questions, etc.)

Are you serious? There is probably no data of your friend there, and you won’t prove to support that this is your mailbox, but you were silent for six months.

After 90 days, the box is deleted if it is not logged in, as far as I know.

The same problem happened to my sister, the box was very necessary for work.
The support was surprised, they sent a link to the restoration in less than a day, without questions and additional brainstorming. Fortunately, my memory did not fail me and I remembered all the details of the creation of the box; in this matter, the sister would have flown by, tk. sometimes he forgets the password from this box.
PS And the "hijackers" acted cunningly. In the security question, they entered a link to the site where they ripped off money for SMS.
