How to return the express panel with logos in Opera?

I use opera solely because the express panel can display site logos instead of page previews. And today the opera has been updated without asking and this function has disappeared! I'm wildly upset. Maybe there is some plugin?

PS: if there is another browser (even if you need to install another plugin for it) - so that site logos (favicon) are displayed on the speed-dial instead of page previews - I would be grateful if you advise.

You can return the express panel switch by following the link opera://flags/#experimental-start-page (you need to copy it to the address bar).
