Thanks for the tip Mark as Disgusted ,
but in older versions this problem is solved differently:
We go here: File - Settings - Editor - File Types.
In the list of Recognized File Types we find the type Text
and below in the loadable list of Recognized Patterns we delete the file name added there by mistake.
You won't understand how it's done.)

Right click on file -> Mark as PHP
