There is no skip-innodb line in the config, reinstallation does not help.
Turned off by command

sudo -u mysql mysqld --skip-innodb  --default-storage-engine=myisam

Add to config:
And restart mysql. Moreover, reboot through start-stop, making sure that mysql has rebooted. If there is a problem, it is better to restart the server.
