How to return sound to tty1?

Debian 8x64. There are two users in the system, the user ilia works on the default tty7, the user user on tty1. Previously, the sound was in both tty, now in tty1 there is no sound at all. In alsamixer on tty1 all sliders are at maximum.
The problem manifested itself after the PSU burned out and I replaced it with a new one. On first boot with a new PSU, booted into Windows, then rebooted into Debian. I tried to roll back Debian to the state when the sound was on both ttys. I tried to turn off the power physically for 10 minutes.
How to return sound to tty1?

$ amixer sset Master unmute does not give any result, running speaker-test -c 2 does not output any sound to the speakers.
In pavucontrol, only the video card (HDMI output) is visible, no mention of my main audio card.
