How to return a file that was deleted via delete instead of uninstall in CCleaner to the list of files?

Ignorantly pressed delete, thereby deleting the file from the list, although I intended to delete it from the computer. I would like to know what needs to be done to return this file back to the list

Return it from the registry backup created by the program before the steps. The request is turned on by a checkbox in the settings and is enabled by default, but if you refused to create it, that's it.
Of course, there is a way to find and restore entries from a previous version of the registry, but you yourself google it. I'll just give you a hint, for this the setting "previous versions of files" must be enabled. And the registry files are here -c:\Windows\SYSTEM32\config\
