I need to give access to the printer only to a PC from the subnet 192.168.10.0
How can I do this?

You have only two networks in your diagram - 192.168.10.0/24 and 172.25.1.0/29. Assign the printer an address from the first network and do not specify a default gateway - this will be sufficient for the specified conditions. If you want more - separate networks into different VLANs and set up access-lists.
