I have a question. How to restrict access to a site (page) that is not authorized through VK, just so that there would be an inscription log in?

We need a backend and a database that will store user identifiers and give the session key to the front (so as not to log in every time) as well as a flag (true\false) whether the user is authorized.
Well, or the edge, you can fasten pseudo-authorization on the face with the same session key on JS. And they (js) give different data. But as soon as there is something like this in JS, then all your data is already on the surface and it doesn’t cost anything to hide this “login” to browse the site.
