Good afternoon!!!
There is a following task. When logging in, the user should have only one program open (for example, word) and nothing else. When the program ends, it takes longer to log out or shut down the computer.

This is widely implemented in process control systems where the operator only downloads his program (even the taskbar and start menu are missing)
