How to restore Windows 8 boot after upgrade?

They asked me to restore the download of Windws 8. After the update, the eight logo appears, followed by a black screen. When I try to restore the state before the update, it says that no restore points were found.

Try to open the command prompt in recovery mode (admin rights),
then go to the "C:\Windows\System32\Config" directory
, do this with the
cd /dc:\Windows\System32\Config
command, look at the directory (command > _ "dir"), there there will be a backup copy of the registry that is created automatically, always the essence is to replace the files from regback
(do not forget to make a copy of the files that are currently available just in case ) config\system.bak copy c:\windows\system32\config\software c:\windows\system32\config\software.bak copy c:\windows\system32\config\sam c:\windows\system32\config\sam. bak
copy c:\windows\system32\config\security c:\windows\system32\config\security.bak
copy c:\windows\system32\config\default c:\windows\system32\config\default.bak
*Deleting the corrupted file
del c:\windows\system32\config\system
del c:\windows\system32\config\software
del c:\windows\system32\config\sam
del c:\windows\system32\config\security
del c:\windows\ system32\config\default
*Restoring a file from a backup
copy c:\windows\repair\system c:\windows\system32\config\system
copy c:\windows\repair\software c:\windows\system32\config\software
copy c:\windows\repair\sam c:\windows\system32\config\sam
copy c:\windows\repair\security c:\windows\system32\config\security
copy c:\windows\repair\default c:\windows\system32\config\default
reboot and try to start
