How to restore the work of the home / end keys?

Good afternoon. Installed Windows 11
I have a bluetooth keyboard.

When you press the home / end keys, the cursor does not move to the beginning or end of the line, but changes the location of the windows.
I thought mb. the problem is in FN, but by disabling the function buttons, the home/end behavior remains the same.

Can someone tell me how to get home/end back to normal?
