How to restore the work of the Application Center and apt-get?

I installed kali linux from the official site via a flash drive on a dos-laptop
. Everything seems to be super, but not all.
The app center starts but gives an error
. Installing/updating via apt-get gives this:

/etc/apt/sources.list should have only one line left:
Now apt-get will update and install everything fine

you need to update the lists of repositories /etc/apt/sources.list most likely the hosting has changed or it is under the blocking of the rkn. You need to register new links to replace the outdated ones.
