Alas, the template has been removed and I highly doubt anyone has saved it. 3.4 version of proxmox is already very old, although they still live in our production. We are getting ready to move to 5.
But you can take it from openvz, since in general they were based on it

If you need it, well, that's what it was. You can clone a machine and make a template out of it. Removing everything unnecessary beforehand.
