How to restore storage metadata in Xen Server?

Good afternoon!
Problem such...
In one day HDD on which Citrix Xen Server was spinning welled up.
It would be okay.
Replaced - reinstalled.
But one thing:
I attached the old storage with virtual machines as follows:

xe sr-introduce uuid=ade1ea3f-4c01-73bc-aeb9-173601279fb6 type=lvm name-label=”RAID0” content-type=user

xe pbd-create sr-uuid=ade1ea3f-4c01-73bc-aeb9-173601279fb6 device-config:device=/dev/md0 host-uuid=5fd0a487-1f8b-4240-aa19-c7191b630fb7

It went without errors, only when I try to scan the storage in XenCenter in red on gray it says " Error in Metadata volume operation for SR "
And in /var/log/messages:
Re-raising as SR_BACKEND_FAILURE_181 [ ; Error in Metadata volume operation for SR. [opterr=Error introducing Metadata Volume: 5]; ]

On which he stood.
Who can tell what to do and how to restore?
