How to restore sound in speakers on Xubuntu 14.04?

Good evening On the laptop 2 OS - Windows 8.1 and XUbuntu 14.04. When installing Xubuntu, the sound worked fine - both in headphones and in speakers. But it's worth switching to Windows - after rebooting back, the sound is only in the headphones. Didn't change the settings. Where to dig?))

I meant the built-in speakers in the laptop. You can't pull them out.)
Upd: the issue has been resolved.
pulseaudio --start

Well, Windows likes to “grab” hardware and “build nasty things” on other systems (which is not illusory evidence of the DSDT tables of many laptops), so first try not just rebooting from system to system, namely shutdown (shutdown / power off / red button ) computer and then boot into the desired one.
Plus, if there is sound in the headphones, then it should be, and if you turn them off -> just try to pull them out and twist the volume slider (or otherwise remove Mute)
