How to restore Instance EC2 AWS?

I lost the .pem file with the password that needed to be loaded into Get Passwords to connect via RDp, then on the forums I found an option to create AMIs, I did everything but it still failed to connect, I still found the .pem file with the password from the original Instance , but it is no longer in EC2 in the Instance section, and a new one is located instead, is it possible to somehow roll back all my actions to return the old Instance?

If you want to restore data from this instance, you can disconnect the volume and connect it to a new instance to which you have access
If this is a system disk, take a snapshot and create a volume from the snapshot
Restoring access to your instance will most likely fail if you have not written nowhere the password that was decrypted when they had access
