How to restore forum from web archive?

Hello.
There is a web archive of the forum on the IPB engine, which needs to be restored from html files.
That is, isolate the necessary information from all files (nickname, user id, post date, content, topic id, title, content, categories, etc.), collect it into a file that can be imported into IPB or another engine.
Has anyone experienced something similar? How did they decide?
