How to restore etc/apache2?

Hey!
Not long ago I became a user of ubuntu. Tried to set up a local development server. Did everything exactly according to the instructions.
BUT after some manipulations (did vurtual host) apache stopped starting, gave an error. I didn’t think for a long time and deleted the apache2 folder from the etc folder, and also deleted it through the terminal (I googled a lot and did it in the terminal).
After all the manipulations I enter into the terminal sudo apt-get install apache2, I try to start and, of course, nothing works, but after I got into etc / apache2, I found the usual folder names, but there are no configs there.
Accordingly, the Apache does not start, again, but for obvious reasons.
Help me..

All admins are divided into: -
those who do not make backups yet
- those who already do them
- those who also check them periodically :)
that a config that took half a day to set up had just been deleted...
