How to restore Debian boot?

Put new hardware, motherboard, memory and processor. Connected 2 hdd, on one Windows, on the other Debian. Windows starts normally, but Debian doesn't. With 2 drives connected, the cursor blinks several times at startup, and then throws it into Windows. If you leave only the disk with debian, then the start fails with a blue screen from Windows, an error that it cannot find the * .efi file. How to restore debian boot?

you have two disks with operating
systems, the GRUB bootloader, as I understand it, Windows does not support loading other OSes (it used to be, at least)
there is a native bootloader on "Windows Disk" - it makes it possible to boot the system
on the "Debian disk" it costs GRUB with boot for Linux
and also a link to download Windows
in this case, you need to figure out the boot priorities
in the BIOS, swap the priorities of two disks
or stupidly change the SATA cable from the screws with your hands, this will change the priority too

There is a suspicion that you installed Debian with the bootloader in MBR mode, and Windows - with EFI, and the BIOSe is EFI. Check, disable EFI, leave the Debian disk and try to boot. If it helps, then in the booted Debian, you need to install grub-efi-amd64 from the standard repository. It should get up even if you have a 32-bit system
