How to restore data from iPhone backup?
The iPhone itself is lost, a backup copy remains on the computer (under MacOS). Its location is found, but there is just a set of files. Is there any way to restore something from this copy? In particular, photographs and notes are of interest.

If there is no new device, then www.iphonebackupextractor.com or similar programs.
All these files in the backup are, in fact, sqlite databases (or pieces of one database, I don’t remember anymore). A year ago, I succeeded without specials. programs (only a viewer for sqlite) extract some information from there. Doing it manually is not that difficult - it takes a long time.
iphonebackupextractor.com and similar programs make the process more efficient (I later realized this).
Some files, like, are just renamed jpg pictures (they are large in size)
There are two ways to restore iPhone from backup
Method 1: Follow Apple's instructions
1.Open iTunes on your computer.
2.Plug in mobile to computer just like sync it normally.
Find your iPhone in the "Devices" column on the left side of the iTunes application window.
3.Right click on the iPhone icon in the "Devices" column and select "Restore from Backup" Select one of the backup versions from the dropdown menu and click "Restore". This will recover any photos that you have lost since the last iTunes sync.
Method 2: Use iPhone data recovery software
iPhone data recovery software is able to recover data from iTunes and iCloud backup easily and it won't erase your mobile data
Download iPhone data recovery software from download.cnet.com/iPhone-4-Data-Recovery/3000-1855 ...
