How to restore classic keyboard shortcuts in MS Office 2013?

After changing the interface language in MS Office 2013 to English (this is in my case, some people also have this problem in the Russian version), the "classic" keyboard shortcuts, such as Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, etc., stopped working. They were replaced by Shift shortcuts (Shift-Backspace instead of Ctrl-Z, for example). Which, you see, after many years of using the office - is extremely inconvenient. How to return the canonical values ​​without changing all the necessary hotkeys by hand, especially on every machine where there is a similar problem?
PS The solution to the problem described here is not suitable, as it restores the default values ​​of the hot keys to the same - new ones.
