How to restore bitrix site from FTP?

Hello.
There was a site on the old core of Bitrix, they made a new one on WP. The old site was made with an FTP backup, plus there is an old database.
Unfortunately, there is no backup copy made through the admin panel.
How to restore a site on a new hosting?

Expand the file on our server, fill in the database, register access to the database.
bitrix is no different from other cms.
