How to restore an android system from another device with TWRP?

Hi all. There are 2 completely identical models (T350) on both put TWRP. But when I do a full backup of the system on one tablet, the other does not see this image (TWRP versions are the same). Who knows what can be done?

make a backup on the second tablet and compare the paths / files.
most likely twrp does not see the backup file, because. he is in the wrong place.
