How to restore access to Dropbox?

Hello.
This is where I created a problem for myself. As you know, Dropbox has a 2step authorization. So, I applied it to my Account. Generated codes using Google Authenticator. It contained codes for two accounts - Google and Dropbox. Now Dropbox has disappeared somewhere (maybe due to flashing the smartphone).

Today I rearranged the system on a PC, I try to log in through the browser - it asks for a 6-digit code, but I can’t enter it, because I don’t have an Authenticator account. I don’t remember the 16-digit password at all, that is, I don’t have it on hand.

Has the account been lost? It has 20Gb, collected by me ... We use the institute group as a shared folder with files on subjects. It will be a pity.

For dropbox, losing access is almost a disaster. Therefore, I saved password 16 immediately :)
