Trained on hosting antonimhost.ru. His uptime was, let's say, not very good, and the other day he completely fell. Can't ftp with filezilla or cpanel. But there is a database dump. There are no site files. Can I somehow restore the site on a new hosting? dle engine.
The site gives an error:
