How to restore a Microsoft SQL Server database from a DB file?

There is a db file. It was copied in an unknown way. We need to restore it. An exemplary structure and environment is known. Known logins passwords to the database. When viewing the file in Hex, there are lines "TYPE ... Microsoft SQL Server ... SPAD". Standard restore fails to restore.
