Please help, there is a need to restart the PC using the hotkey combination on the lock screen.
An application was written in Delphi, which, when a key combination is pressed, restarts the PC under a user account, the application works out. But after the application is launched using the service under the system account, it does not work out and, accordingly, on the lock screen too. Tell me in which direction to dig, or perhaps there is a ready-made free solution.

The combination of "Hot Keys" - press the "Power" button 2 times. On the first press, it will turn off normally, on the second - it will turn on.
Maybe you will first need to switch it in the settings from "Sleep" to "Shutdown"
