You need to turn off the computer using the link in the Word. In fact, it is enough just to make a hyperlink pointing to the exe file C\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe. But this file works only with the -s flag, and the flags in the Word do not work. Options with separate programs or bat scripts are not suitable, you need to turn it off only by system means.
