How to restart Mikrotik based on port check result?

There is OmniTIK 5, which periodically drops to 10Mbps on the LAN port (s), only a reboot helps. It happens rarely, but aptly. There is an idea to automate the process in this way: after a certain period of time, a certain script checks the speed on the ports, if it detects 10Mbit, then it gives the command to restart the AP. The question is, is it even possible? - and if so, please indicate the desired direction to obtain the desired result.

@Diman89

Extinguish / raise the port itself, and not the entire piece of iron

Perhaps it will help to turn off auto negotiation and force the speed to 100M, but as mentioned above - you need to check the line, it's better to deal with the causes, not the consequences.

@pr0l

check script by port speed timer, by the result of reboot or restart of the port through the scheduler
