How to restart ffmpeg in background (Ubuntu 20.04)?

Hello. Tell me please.
There is an RTSP stream (IP camera), which is encoded in HLS.
But sometimes the camera freezes and ffmpeg crashes with an error.
Maybe someone has come across this? How to restart ffmpeg in the background?
