How to respect copyright on Youtube using songs of famous artists?

I want to use compositions of such artists as Frank Sinatra, ABBA, Bobby Helms and others in the video, I don’t want to violate copyrights, I’m ready to officially buy. I went to look for paid drains, but I could not find anything of this there. Nevertheless, Youtube is full of videos with these compositions:

There can be a lot of copyright holders in almost every country for a certain song, so you just need to look for local ones and purchase the rights. There are a lot of audio stocks where you can also allegedly buy the rights, but in reality you will not receive any official documents, except for just an mp3 file of the song. It only makes sense to spend if you are going to monetize your content, because USUALLY using a composition without copyright will only lead to the impossibility of monetizing the video, blocking content in some countries (it's okay if you do not focus on foreign audiences) and in very rare cases a video block may arrive when the copyright holder contacts - this happens mainly only with video millionaires.
Or a workaround that many reactionaries, reviewers, etc. use is to make some small changes to the song with the help of editors.
