How to resolve the error when creating a new application in RoR related to the "byebug" gem?

When creating a new RoR application on Windows using the 'rails new app_name ' construct, the error "Failed to build gem native extension" appears as in the screenshot. For some reason I can't install this gem.

It happens. Under Windows, not all native gems can be assembled. The easiest solution is to switch to Linux
