How to resolve package dependency problem in ubuntu to remove?

I wanted to update php on the server from 5th to 7th. I connected the repository, but I can’t install the latest version or delete the old one, because. costs the owncloud-server package.
It throws an error

E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.

I froze the package with ownlcoud a long time ago and am updating it through the update system built into owncloud (i.e. via php). Is it necessary to remove owncloud-server to update php or can I somehow figure out the dependency violation? Through apt-get, still update this package not going to.

I would recommend renaming the owncloud folder to something, removing the owncloud-server package and renaming it back.
By the way, I have no idea how you can update it through the built-in system, if the rights to the files set by owncloud-server do not allow you to change anything in order to update through the package manager.

If you don't need the owncloud-server package, just remove it. (by making a backup of configs and scripts)
