How to resize sidebar in nautilus in trash folder?

When I open the trash folder, the width of the sidebar decreases and there is no way to increase it back, it turns out only to reduce it.
And when I open any other folder, the width changes as I need and as much as I want.
Has anyone encountered this and how did you resolve it?

You need to increase the width of the window. Trash buttons can't shrink and shrink the bar on the left.

Just tried it. In the basket, the panel really expands to some limit. But if this panel is expanded in another folder and then moved to the trash in the same window, then the width of the panel in the trash will increase, but again to a different limit. Interesting…
