How to resize catalog thumbnails?

I re-picked the entire admin panel, googled it, but I just can’t change the size of the thumbnail.
In the template "chunk" is displayed via $thumb. I didn’t find any mention anywhere else, I suspect that it’s simple, and it’s done in the admin panel, please tell me who knows where to do it.
