The situation is this:
Zabbix 3 monitors N hosts. The link from zabbix to the switch falls. And zabbix queues sending N notifications that the hosts have fallen off. A link appears and these alerts start spamming people first about the fact that the hosts have fallen off and then that the connection is restored. How can I stop or reset all these notifications (which are queued for sending) so that they do not come?

Look towards trigger expressions. Equipment monitoring probably goes through ping, while the example:

(If there has not been a single value below 20 in the last five minutes, work and send a notification)
