How to reset the cache on a site or a specific page, template?

The essence of the problem, I made changes to the template, and on the site to see something, wait 4 hours. It is impossible to type something with this approach. How to temporarily disable the cache or reset it?

If someone can explain, then please, as for a person who just saw this system for the first time today, there are enough pieces of code that it is not clear where they should be on the network.

I did not find any cache settings in the settings.py file
