How to reset root password in open-wrt TP-LINK TL-WR1043ND?

I have a TP-LINK TL-WR1043ND router, I can’t reset the password by any means ... Telnet does not connect via Putti ... failsave mode does not start either ... The password is set! But there is no way to bring it down ...
It turns out what a disaster ... I press the button to enter failsafe. And in short, then only the POWER indicator is on. To determine the moment of pressing, I used the recvudp.exe utility.
If it is determined by eye, the system just doesn’t work ... And so the POWER indicator is on, and of course LAN1 to which the laptop is connected. I tried to plug the cable into the WAN and the result is the same ...
The router itself is working!
You can even enter the header ... But there is no password ...
Are there any other options?
PS
I tried both the Reset button, and QSS, and even them at the same time!
The whole story generally began with the fact that my phone did not want to connect using a password with the sign "-" Well, I briefly held down the RESET button and twitched the power ... Now the hell knows what the password is for the router ... The old one does not fit .. Maybe
there are some options for flashing it via usb for example? Or somehow bypassing failsafe?
Well, it can’t be that I’m the only one in the whole wide world who faced such a situation ...

@VitalkaPupkin

1. Connect your router to the first LAN (required).
2. Enter failsafe mode. Connect the power supply cable, as soon as the SYS light starts flashing, press the RESET button. At the same time, the SYS light will begin to flash very quickly. You have entered failsafe mode.
3. Type 192.168.1.1 at the telnet command line. Press Enter.
4. Enter the firstboot command and wait for it to complete.
All. The firmware has returned to its original state.
Now you can write the desired password to the router. To do this, enter the passwd command and enter your password 2 times.
Distort the power and go through the web interface or command line (putty, winscp).
