The bitrix:main.interface.grid component can be configured on the web side, but these settings are not stored in the component call, and not even in the cache. I can not find how you can reset to the settings that go through already php.

Looks like you need to call \Bitrix\Main\Grid\Options::deleteView()
But I haven't tested it.
