How to reset Ballast generated by Newtonsoft.Json c# library?

I installed the Newtonsoft.Json library, but it creates the Newtonsoft.Json.dll file next to the application (the application does not work without it, respectively). Is it possible to "hide" it somehow? not comme il faut to drag the user this .dll'ku.

It does not interfere with anyone, this dll.
